- 1/2 cup Mayo

- Pinch of Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- Combine the slaw mix and jalapenos into a medium-size bowl.
- Wisk together the mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add to the slaw mixture and stir until combined.
- This slaw has some heat to it because of the jalapenos. You can leave those out if you prefer.
