Roast Rack of Lamb with Apricot Mustard Glaze
Roast Rack of Lamb is smothered with an apricot mustard glaze and stands beautifully together while interlocked into a gorgeous presentation for any special occasion. The sauce is extremely simple but the flavor it adds to the lamb is absolutely exquisite. This entrée is both impressive in its display and just about fork-tender in its finish. It will be beautiful on your Christmas table.
Chicken Cordon Bleu with Creamy Mustard Sauce
The saltiness of black forest ham, the gooeyness of Swiss cheese, the crunch of a panko coating, and, of course, the creamy dijon mustard sauce, all of this rolled into the “never grows old” classic Chicken Cordon Bleu. You’ll love this recipe because it is baked not fried which lends itself to a much healthier version. It’s a great alternative to a traditional Christmas menu.
Baked Glazed Ham with Brown Sugar and Grainy Mustard
This gorgeous sticky glazed ham will sit beautifully on your Holiday Dinner Table this year. It’s coated with a sauce made of brown sugar, molasses, and grainy mustard. A touch of cinnamon, cloves, and fresh ginger enhances it as well. Oh, and brandy, I can’t forget to mention the brandy. Not only does this main course dish give an impressive presentation, but the aroma emanating from your kitchen will also most definitely cause friends and family to congregate there.
Fruit Stuffed Pork Loin Roast with Peach Glaze
This tender and juicy Fruit Stuffed Pork Loin Roast with Peach Glaze is bursting with flavors of garlic, fresh herbs, and fruit. An elegant and impressive presentation for any occasion, especially Christmas which will soon be upon us. This recipe takes a little bit of work, but the end result is so worth it.
Boneless Leg of Lamb with Kalamata Olives and Tomatoes
If you’re looking for an elegant entree to place in the middle of your dining table, look no further. This Roasted Boneless Leg of Lamb gives an impressive presentation yet it’s much easier than you would think. Minced garlic, herbs, and spices add depth of flavor to this tender meat, while the roasted tomatoes, olives, and onions create a lovely compliment as a side. This dish will prove to be the crowning display of beauty at your Holiday get-together.
Herbed Crown Roast of Pork
This Herbed Crown Roast of Pork is a magnificent centerpiece for your Christmas table. Brining overnight provides this meat with both a tender and moist finish. An herb and spice rub is the secret that delivers a flavorful dish and will certainly have your guests asking for seconds. As an added treat, this entrée is dressed with Homemade Stuffing with Apples and Sausage that is sure to satisfy.
Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Bearnaise Sauce
Herb-Crusted Beef Tenderloin Roast is a gorgeous presentation for any special occasion or holiday meal. This cut of meat is smeared with a garlic herb rub, roasted to fork-tender perfection, and drizzled with a rich creamy bearnaise sauce. The flavors will explode in your mouth.
Pork Roast Stuffed with Red Peppers, Feta and Spinach
This savory Pork Roast Stuffed with Roasted Red Peppers, Feta, and Spinach brings Mediterranean deliciousness. To begin, loads of spices create a rub that infuses this meat with a rich depth of flavor. The center overflows with spinach, roasted red peppers, feta cheese and garlic which make for not only an amazing healthy main dish but also a definite main course production.
Apricot Glazed Stuffed Cornish Hens
These stuffed Cornish Hens will be a stunning display of beauty on any table where they find themselves. Shimmering with an apricot glaze and packed with wild rice stuffing loaded with dried apricots and cranberries. This dish is sure to be a “show stopper” for your Christmas get-together.

This is such a great collection of recipes. The holidays will be upon us before we know it and it’s nice to start planning ahead. Thanks.
I want to try the fruit stuffed pork loin, it looks fabulous and beautiful! Would you recommend doing two pork loins for 17-20 people or
Just one large roast?
Kristy Murray says
Hi Sara. I would recommend purchasing the larger roast. The average serving is 1/2 a pound per person or a little more for hungrier appetites. I would recommend a 10-12 pound roast and doubling the fruit filling. I hope that helps.
